As stated in Section 9 of Occupational Safety and Health Regulation 2000 (USECHH reg.2000), a worker should create a written assessment of the risk caused by the chemical used in place of work. Based on USECHH Reg.2000, he or she should carry-out the Chemical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA) for the chemicals that is hazardous to health. The Assessment should be conducted by a DOSH registered Assessor and create an Assessment Report that is valid for 5 Years.
